Customers may return a product they have reconsidered within 30 calendar days of placing an order as long as the product is in new, unopened condition. Original shipping costs will be deducted from total refund.

Return of opened items will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus the cost incurred by Custom Equine Nutrition for the original shipping. These amounts will be deducted from the total refund.  Return shipping cost is customer's responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.
